Shipping and Delivery
How can I find out my tracking number?
If you choose a shipping method with a tracking option, we will email you a tracking number as soon as we ship your package. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder, as it is an automated email.
How do you ship packages?
We ship all orders from Japan via FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post.
Packaging and handling are free.
We pack the package to ensure that it arrives safely.
Some items will be shipped in the manufacturer's packaging. In such cases, we may reinforce the product inside to withstand overseas transportation.
When does my order ship?
All orders placed with us are usually processed within 1-4 business days. The processing time is independent from the shipping method.
If for some reason we are not able to prepare your order for shipping within 3 business days, we will contact you via email. Please note that Japanese holidays do not count as business days, as most companies and services don't operate. All our orders are dispatched as soon as all items are available.
How can we find out about a product's ingredients?
The ingredients of products are only listed in Japanese and we do not provide translation services. If you have allergies, we strongly recommend not purchasing any products you are unfamiliar with. When in doubt, avoid purchasing the item. Thank you for understanding.

If you designate a P.O. box as your shipping address, we may ask you to change it to another address.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, or differs from the described condition.
For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
