Made in Japan. Finished in gold lacquer.
《Condition》
Condition is Great. Overall, it shows signs of use, but there are no cracks in the pads or corks on the body or neck, and there are no dents. There are multiple areas of discoloration and lacquer wear on the body. The YAMAHA round logo badge on the front of the neck is missing. There is also rust-like discoloration inside the bell—please refer to the photos for details. A YAMAHA 4C mouthpiece is included and shows bite marks. The ligature shows lacquer wear. Included is the original case with key. For more details, please see the photos.

This is a rare “Purple Logo” era alto saxophone from YAMAHA’s classic YAS-62 series.
The Purple Logo YAS-62 models were manufactured in the late 1980s to early 1990s and are known for their strong, focused tone and excellent playability, making them suitable for a wide range of musical genres.
*The stand and cloth are NOT included, for shooting purposes only.
*For Best Play : Most items have not been recently maintained. If there is any recent maintenance information, we include it in the detailed information.
Whether or not the instrument has undergone maintenance, we recommend that you have the instrument adjusted to your playing style if you wish to play it in better condition.
